This site required repairs due to water and lightning damage. Due to the lightning and water, many of the electrical components and much of the electrical system needed repairs. The electrical damage alone accounted for $861,505.92. With everything on the estimate, the total was: $2,817,730.51. The result was a 1304% increase compared to the original $200,700.70 estimate.

TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE

Before RiseDocument was appointed as the appraiser, this property had been in debate since the date of loss of August 3, 2020. For this wind and hail estimate, the total agreed upon was: $73,798.54. This came out to be 62 times more than the original estimate! Within two months, this appraisal was completed.

This home was affected by Hurricane Michael on October 10, 2018. The original price of the estimate was: $36,863.96. The damages to the exterior exceeded $120,000 alone. The final estimate came out to be: $301,712.91. This created an increase of 718.45% for the RiseDocument team!
